can't connect to server

hi, can't connect to server, have the Info pop-up until it's timing out, but nothing else. tried with and without MDS, same result.

how to get more info on the problem ?

I've a 8100 V4.5 with BES

    Please read the FAQ page for more information. It is probably a problem with your configuration, either on the BlackBerry side or the LogicMail side.
