Help (#2) - folder access (#30) - Message List

folder access

I just started using LogicMail (after AKO (Army Knowledge Online) shut dowm IMAP connectivity to RIM) and I am happy with what I have. BUT.... I only see the 'Inbox' folder, and as a matter of fact my sent messages from my Blackberry get deposited into the 'Inbox' folder. Am I missing something with configuration?

Also, is it possible to display the 'from' address in the inbox?

You probably configured the Sent folder to be the inbox. That is why it is displaying messages strangely. Also, I'm not sure why you aren't seeing the other folders, but you should be.

I did configure the Sent folder to be the inbox, but the only choices shown are 'inbox' and <none>. I suspect this has more to do with AKO than LogiMail, although I do have an IMAP connection between AKO and Outlook that properly includes all folders.

      BTW, I have a BB 8700 Wireless Handheld (EDGE) v 4.2.1.96

Thank you, and even with these problems I think this is a great piece of software

Ultimately, there are many possible causes of your issue. However, no one else using AKO has reported such an issue. Regardless, some of the tips/ideas I mention on the debugging page could help you get to the bottom of it. Best case, it is some strange issue with your account. Otherwise, it could be a fixable bug in some aspect of LogicMail's folder tree refresh code.

It would help if you provided some useful information on how you set it up, and what errors you are getting. Also, please do not write messages in all caps.
